01 How long will my car wash take? +
It depends on your vehicle, the wash you choose and any extras you add. The booking flow shows the estimated duration before you confirm your appointment.
02 Do you wash the car by hand? +
Yes. The Wash Pit focuses on hands-on car care, with our team cleaning and finishing your vehicle rather than sending it through an automatic conveyor wash.
03 What is included in my wash? +
Each wash service shows what you are booking before you select it. You can also add available extras during booking for anything you want to include on top.
04 Can I bring a very dirty car? +
Absolutely. Heavy mud, sand, pet hair, stubborn stains or unusually demanding cleaning can require extra work. If an additional charge is needed, the team will explain it before carrying out the extra work.
05 Is the boot or trunk cleaned too? +
Boot cleaning is not included with every wash. When it is available, you can add it as an addon during booking.
06 How can I pay? +
You can choose payment at The Wash Pit, and card payment is available online when enabled. Onsite payment options include cash, Revolut and card.
07 How does the free wash reward work? +
Complete ten qualifying paid washes with your customer account and your next eligible wash service is free. Optional extras remain payable.
08 Where do I bring the car? +
The Wash Pit is inside Pendergardens Public Car Park on St Andrew’s Road in St. Julian’s, Malta. Our Contact page has the location and directions.
